What is your Return Policy?

World Party Design wants our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not happy with the product(s) that you have ordered, please contact World Party Design within 10 days and we will refund your money less any shipping charges. You will be responsible for the return shipping charge to World Party Design. When we have received the item, you will receive your refund. Item(s) must be returned in new, original condition (not washed, worn, or otherwise altered) and must be received by World Party Design within 30 days of your original order. We will not accept returns after the 30 day period.

What is your Exchange Policy?

If you receive a product that is damaged in any way or not the size that you ordered we will exchange the damaged merchandise at no cost to you. Please contact World Party Design within 10 days and we will give you instructions on how to return the item. When we have received the product, we will send you a replacement and a credit for your shipping cost. We will not accept exchanges after 30 days of your original order.

How much is the Shipping Cost?

World Party Design ships all orders using USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation which lets you track your package. Each order’s shipping price varies depending on order size and destination. Orders are usually processed within 3-5 business days. If an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you immediately to let you know. International orders ship using USPS Global Priority and may take some time to get there so please be patient.

How soon will I receive my order?

Most items ship within 3-5 days from the date of purchase excluding weekends and Holidays. Orders paid by Paypal or money order will ship immediately; checks must clear first before processing order. Once the order has been shipped customers should receive their package within 5-7 days from the ship date excluding weekends and Holidays.

What is the Design Submission Policy?

At this time, World Party Design DOES NOT accept unsolicited t-shirt designs or ideas. Any idea, wording, concept, suggestion, artwork, and/or design submitted by any means to WorldPartyDesign.com, automatically becomes the property of World Party Design and will not be returned.

What forms of Payment do you accept?

We accept payment using Paypal, check or money order. If paying by check or money order, print out your order form and send it with your payment (along with shipping charge and any sales tax) to:

World Party Design respects your right to keep your personal information private. We do not sell, rent, share or release any information that you give us to any third party.

Do you give discounts for wholesale orders?

World Party Design wants our customers to make the right choice the first time when it comes to choosing their correct size. Not all sizes are interpreted the same way by each brand. To take the guesswork out of ordering your correct size, we've created a Measurement Chart that will help you get a size that fits you to a T.
